But unlike most emulators on the internet, Nintendo fully tests games before releasing the games to make sure the game works 100% on the Wii U. If they find a bug, that wasn't in the original, then they need to find the problem and fix it. VC is not a high priority for Nintendo currently so they probably have a small team (possibly 1 person) that works on these. That team has to play through these games, make sure they are working, then submit them for release. So it does/can take a while for some of the bigger games. How long do you think it would take? Maybe a week per game? How long would that take you?
Well that would be a decent argument except for one little thing:
This post will be updated every time new Wii U Virtual Console releases are revealed for either one or multiple regions. For North America and Europe, if a new game gets revealed for one of the regions but doesn't have a release date yet, then "{Coming Soon}" will be placed right beside it until it gets a release date for that region.

I'd get it if we were just talking about extra platforms I'd even get it if we were talking about games that are maybe a bit harder to get working. When it's a game that they already have working in other regions and sometimes there's not even a translation required what's the wait about? Are they taking extra time for Europe so they can make sure that it runs at the slower and much raged about original PAL speed?
Probably the same as a Super Market Santa Claus application form.
10 points to you sir.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
