Also, I remember playing a game many moons ago. It was a 2D spaceship combat game but I cannot remember it's name. I think it was on the Megadrive or 3DO

Ok, well all I remember was that it was single screen 2 player versus type thing, ships controlled like asteroids. You could choose from about 6 six ships and one I remember was green, like the Battlestar Galactica, and instead of firing projectiles like the others, you launched tiny fighters. Dang this is gonna bug me loads now....

The only game that I truly want that might have a chance of a Virtual Console release that isn't already available in at least the Wii, 3DS, or Wii U and at least one region or will never come is Gimmick! Developed and published by Sunsoft, it's considered to be one of the best games for the NES/Famicom and it's music is also considered to be one of the very best on the system. The game was planned for a worldwide release but only released in Japan with a very small amount in Scandinavia so the game is hard to find, especially for those wanting to find the elusive Scandinavian release. Famicom copies can range anywhere between $200-500 and PAL copies are going to be above $500 so this is not a game where a person can simply throw money at. Those who don't want to spend money on the game can use well... illegal methods but I'd rather not resort to that (every time I had done so, I simply didn't enjoy the game).

Getting this game, especially the Famicom version, for only $5 rather than forking out hundreds of dollars for a Famicom and this game, would be a dream come true for me. It'd be the opportunity of a lifetime to play what is considered to be one of the best games on the Famicom and there is no other game I want more than this. While I doubt this will do anything, it'd be nice if there was a way to contact Sunsoft about this. Only other games I'm really dying to get at the moment that haven't seen Virtual Console releases are Thunder Force IV and Hagane, but these will never happen. However, I do intend on getting both eventually (and before anyone tells me about the price for Hagane, I'm referring to the SFC version, NOT the NTSC game). Same with Gimmick, except that's a much bigger investment should I ever buy the cart. Even if I do thought, I will unconditionally download the game on the Virtual Console should it ever get released.

I would actually like Shadowrun (the Xbox 360 version). I don't care if I would be playing it on my own as I seem to be the only person I know who loved it lol. I get ridiculed for it, but I bet those same people like the new Blizzard game coming out..which basically looks the same but not as good.

I am right there with you on loving the 360/Vista Shadowrun, but I it won't come to VC. Maybe someone can make something similar and release it on Wii U
