I have a folders for nes, snes, N64, wii, indi games and demos
I have separated folders for Zelda, Mario and Mega Man. I own most of them and there are plenty so I have them in those folders regardless of the console they were released on
I have folders set out in Systems. I keep all the non game icons on Page 1, and keep games and Folders on Page 2:-
NES (Orange)
SNES (Red)
N64 (Black)
GameCube (Purple)
Wii (Blue)
Wii U (Black)
GBA (Purple)
DS (Pink)
eShop (Green)
Demos (Yellow)
I also have the Game disc icon, Wii Mode, & Amiibo App on this page.
The GameCube folder is wishful thinking, although I have Wind Waker in that.
I am concerned that the Folders only have 60 windows. My NES folder is nearly full.
Software: For things like Netflix, YouTube, etc.
V.C: For virtual console titles
Games: For normal eShop games like Meme Run, NES Remix, and digitally downloaded Wii U games
Demos: For game demos
Recycle Bin: A folder I put stuff I want to delete later, I put stuff I don't want in there so when I check it, I'm reminded "oh, I need to delete this and that".
No offense, but this is an extremely boring topic. It's like "Hmm... What could I make a thread about that isn't already taken...? I've got it! WII U FOLDERS!!" (Sorry, I'm being a jerk, aren't I? =P) Anyways, mine are:
None, since I don't really have enough digital stuff on the system to justify needing folders. Just some VC games and some stuff I got free from promotions and Club Nintendo.
Best thread ever
Feel free to add me on Miiverse or PSN.

I don't have a Wii U, but on my 3DS I have a folder for all my old DSiWare games that I transferred from my DSi. Then there's a folder for all demos that I have. After that, I basically keep all the games I download from the eShop where they show up after I downloaded them. I just like it that way.
