Dracula X is on the Wii U VC while the original Rondo of Blood is on the Wii's. If they ever bring back Turbo-Grafix 16 for the Wii U they'll probably put that one in too
As for Symphony of the Night, it's the only Metroidvania I can remember that hasn't been released on a Nintendo platform(well there's also Harmony of Despair but I don't know if it counts.) Chances of it releasing on the eShop in the future would probably depend on Konami's mood
