I've purchased Mario Kart DS on VC (yes I know it has some issues on multiplayer but single player is still fun) but when I press the ZL button during the VC menu it supposed to take me to the webpage in Nintendo in which the digital manual is scanned but unlike Yoshi's Island DS and Mario 64 there is NO manual:

Only a broken webpage appears that says: 404 HTTP Not Found

Nintendo must put this game to $2, it is incomplete, hehehe.
