I emaild nintendo ehy it isnt in the usa eshop and they said
"Hello," and
"Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about Metroid Zero. At this time we haven't announced any plans for a release here in the Americas; however, I'm happy to forward your comments so your feedback will be heard.
There are many reasons that Nintendo or any other publisher may decide to release a game in one market, but not another. These can include difficulty or cost of localization, the size and financial strength of the publisher, the size of the distribution network, and (most often) the idea that the game will simply not be accepted or enjoyed in another market.
I understand that there are (like you) real fans of these games and franchises in this market who would love nothing more than to see these titles on store shelves in the Americas. In fact, there are many of us here who share your interest in these titles. However, the number of interested fans may constitute too small a portion of the gaming public to justify the costs associated with bringing a game here. On the other hand, there have been times when decisions were made to bring certain titles to the Americas after having been released exclusively in another market.
While I can't guarantee that Metroid Zero will be released here in the Americas, we do take all feedback into consideration. Your comments help us to understand what is important to our gamers.
As news comes available regarding future products, we post any announcements to our website (www.nintendo.com). Keep an eye on our site for all the latest information.
Sounds like a formatted, generic email to me. Hello, we have no plans right now to release [insert game here] but I have passed this along to our staff.

Yeah, that's a scripted reply if I ever saw one.
So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.
yeah, stock email, but at least Nintendo replies.
Try send an email to Netherrealm, Ubisoft, Nicalis, Curve Digital...never got an asnwer from them.
This reminds me, in 2010 I emailed Nintendo asking them to localize Xenoblade, Last Story and Pandora's Tower for Europe. They said they would have forwarded my comment. A few weeks later and sure enough, NoE announced that all three games were going to be localized. I've never mentioned this because I don't want to take credit for it, but now you know the truth.

Do me a favor and email them to bring Super Mario RPG, Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger to the VC.
That would be Square Enix. A while back, I emailed them about bringing Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, Star Ocean: First Departure, and Star Ocean: Second Evolution to PSN. They replied, but it was to tell me no.
Or "no current plans," but basically a no.

@CaviarMeths That's what I mean. OP had the game title wrong, but that wrong game title was repeatedly mentioned in this mail as if the game actually existed. That's some major bull on Nintendo's end, generic mail or not.
Maybe I should ask them about something completely nonsensical... like GTA: Mushroom Kingdom, just to see if I get this kind of ridiculous stock reply, as well.
I could ask them for those games but I will do better.
I'll email them asking to localize the next Zelda for all regions.
I guarantee we're going to have the game in the West, just let me oil the wheels
I'll let you guys know ASAP

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
I sent them the email two days ago asking them to please localize the new Zelda.
I didn't mention Zelda what - I just said the "new Zelda".
Today comes the news that the new Zelda comic is being localized.
You people of little faith.

I like how most of those listed generic reasons don't even apply to Zero Missions since it's 1) their own game, 2)already localized, and 3)a simple GBA rom. My opinion of Nintendo of America has been dropping like a rock for the past couple years.
@spizzamarozzi only if Nintendo would put:
Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising.
Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge.
Banjo-Pilot.
Big Brain Academy.
Bomberman Tournament.
Brain Age.
Final Fight One.
Game & Watch Gallery 4.
Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong.
Mega Man Zero 4.
Pac-Man Pinball Advance.
Pocky & Rocky with Becky.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team.
Sonic Advance.
Super Mario Advance 4.
Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival.
WarioWare Twisted!.
Yoshi Topsy-Turvy.
All Yu-Gi-Oh! Games.
