Just a question, and didn't find the answer already, here. If I redeem a Wii VC game through Club Nintendo, like Mario 64 to my vWii on my wiiU ... does that count for upgrading special price to Wii-U VC when the game (mario 64) arrives on Wii-U eShop? Hope I explained that, right. thanx for any input on this.

I get what you're asking. Yes, you should still be able to purchase the upgrade at the special price.

Thanx, and yeah, now that I've downloaded it (first Wii VC game to redeem through ClubN), it looks to act as a legit purchase for the game.
