May as well talk about Medabots AX here too instead of making a separate thread. Its out in Europe this week.

I've never played it but it looks completely different to the original GBA game that we got. No RPG sections and fighting is a platformer arena like Smash Bros. I'm now unsure about downloading it. I liked the RPG adventure and battles.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

Is this just Europe? Or NA?

Medabots: An RPG Adventure is releasing on the NA eShop Dec. 10th, this week!

eShop is going to be stacked this Thursday with incredible new releases, wow. This game is definitely worth keeping an eye on if you're thinking about picking it up though!

Can you get all in any version? This is because the GBA in VC can´t use cable link.

I've never played a Medabots game before what are they, are they like Pokemon, MMBN 3 - 6 and MM Star Force games where the story is basically the same but each version has exclusive stuff?

Pretty much yeah, only differences is Medabot parts and the Medabot you start off with. It's an RPG that plays more similarly to Pokemon, but you have to destroy all parts of opposing Medabots instead of taking out a traditional HP bar. Certain weapons you can equip will better target certain parts. The battles are 3 on 3.

Its hard to learn when you're playing for the very first time. There is no tutorial and it doesn't ease you into the gameplay. You're just expected to know how to play. You will get your butt kicked often for a while, or at least I did. Keep playing and you'll get the hang of it.

^Yeah, the game definitely has a learning curve that it doesn't explain too well in game. Does reading the digital manual (assuming it's included) help at all? Haven't bought it yet since I'm holding off until my finals are down to lower the distractions.

Edit: No, just looked through the manual. Doesn't explain it much at all.

Any Americans interested in Medabots AX? I'm still not convinced to download it.

My brother had it many years ago on the GBA, he wasn't even a Medabots fan but he enjoyed it. I have been thinking of picking ot up but without multiplayer, I am not sure if I will get as much out of it

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
