Dunno, man. Both games were originally developed for the Saturn and PS1, which would mean—in order to make a eShop release possible—they'd have to either A) convince Sega to let them release Saturn games onto the Wii U VC which, based on how difficult the Saturn was (in every way imaginable), is next to impossible, or B) have Capcom develop a new version of the game for the eShop. Knowing Capcom's apparent fear of doing anything with Mega Man other than having him appear in other people's games, I doubt that'll happen either.
So... probably not happening. Sorry to burst your bubble, dude... ^^;

Only X3 and X4 where released on the Sega Saturn. Sega is hesitant to release games on the WiiU VC in general, so its next to impossible that they will take the time and release Saturn ports, a system almost impossible to emulate properly. Especially since the VC aims for almost perfect emulations.
X5 and X6 were released exclusively on the PS1 (not counting the X Collection, which saw a a release on the Gamecube) and there is no way Sony will join the WiiU VC. They dont even care for their own classics line.
So, the best thing you can hope for is a release of the GC collection on the VC.
And judging by the promised output of VC titles by capcom, and how many actually got released (hint: none so far), i guess even WITH a GC VC, the chances are extremely thin.

Just don't play the X collection on the game cube controller. The Tiny stiff lower placed d-pad was awful to use, and the analog stick felt unnatural as well. Plus, having to use the Squishy L & R buttons just made things feel even more complicated and clunky.
maaaaan I love the GC controller but the squishy LR buttons are a bother, when they stop clicking some things simply don't work when you use them, as if being analog was just for show.....
