Has anyone been running into issues with texture mapping in the south town?

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

@Bass_X0: PSN version, I have a screenshot but I'll have to find it later. I was playing on the Vita, since it just runs the game through the PSP emulator. I played the game on the PlayStation and played the N64 version and never ran into this problem.
