Topic: Mario Kart DS --OT

So I was wondering I never played this one mainly cause when it came out I didn't have the money, so I was wondering if it would be worth getting this game without the multiplayer being available?

How much do you enjoy Mario Kart single player?

Honestly, the most memorable part in that game for me was the online. Not to mention those special online events Nintendo did, giving players a chance to show up in a video going up against a staff member.

@Sanya I beat one of those staff members. That felt good. Looking back I wonder if he was real or an impostor.

This game has a fairly interesting single-player Mission Mode, but I'm not sure that's worth the price of admission. I liked those boss missions. The gameplay itself has the weakest mechanics in the series though, in my opinion. The driving feels less nuanced than in the other games. (It's been a while since I've played, though.)

⬇︎ I have no recollection of a special symbol or color. I have no recollection of the absence of one or both of those. There's no way to go back and check, so I might as well assume the cool thing happened.

I can't remember exactly, but I think they usually had a special symbol or something. I think NoA members had their names in red.

This was the most boring Mario Kart
