Hi! I just have this feeling that playing games on the Wii, 3DS or Wii U VC is not that special to me. I like playing it on the original hardwere like on the NES or GameBoy. When I play a GameBoy game on the original hardwere or like in a Super GameBoy, It feels so much better, but when I'm playing it on the VC, It just don't feel good. I know the VC is really good for people that don't own the original hardwere to play the Nintendo games from there childhood, but if you have the original hardwere or know where you can find one, in my opinion you should not play the games on the VC. But thats just my opinion. Let me know what your opinion is Thanks!

I totally get the original hardware argument. However, in today's world of constantly upgrading/offloading systems for many that is not an option and despite what the folks that complain about the VC prices say it can be expensive. (go buy an Earthbound cartridge and tell me that the VC is overpriced) Also it is nice to have an all in one box and you can introduce new generations (or old ones that were on the opposite side of the console war) to a classic. I play A link to the Past annually but I jumped at the chance to put it on the WiiU (didn't use VC on the wii) just so I don't have to hook up the SNES. The thing I like best is the option to play games that you may not have bought the hardware for...or play it in a fashion that is easier to see (I'm a fan of the GBA and DS VC).

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.

Quit pushing this stupid idea. It will never happen and rightly so. I'm sick of seeing you pop up in every thread promoting this. No one cares.

I thought it's just become a forum joke around here, albeit not a very good one. Because everyone knows as an idea it's absolutely awful.
@ogo79 is smarter and more sexier than almost everyone on this website and that is a scientifically proven fact. I would take his advice if I were you!

I download games on VC that I already own on cartridge. I like the convenience, larger screen and save states. I've had some cartridges over 15 - 20 years lying in my drawer going untouched and would download them on day one if they came to VC.
So I love the VC. I wish the prices were a bit lower though.
There have been sales. I've downloaded several NES games due to sales that I wouldn't have downloaded otherwise.
One thing I will say, which is somewhat on topic, is that I wish Nintendo would stop trying to use GBA games as WiiU bait, and just put them on 3DS already.
I'd like to play VC handheld games on my handheld console, not my home console.
Of course, the option to play on BOTH would be best, but Nintendo like making things difficult for some reason (no TurboGFX or Neo Geo VC games on WiiU?).

I totally agree. Who cares about handheld systems on a home console?
...Unless it is a 3DS HD remake of course
