they made them cheaper then added the functions. this is a way to drop the price without dropping it. like bundling a game with hardware. this is a way companys give you a deal without devaluing (is this even a word?) their product. ubisoft for one could learn from this.

No, just because the Wii VC is a worst value doesn't mean they have to charge less for them. So Wii U VC is a better value. You bought the Wii VC game, if you want the extra features pay the extra amount. If you don't want the features then it is free to leave them on your Wii U's Wii Mode.
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
