It seems to me that these are emulated Game Boy Player versions of GBA games

@Morpheel has already confirmed that this VC release doesn't have rumble, though, which the GB Player had.

I haven't seen anyone suggest putting Chain of Memories on VC. Is it good?

Backloggery. Now playing: 3D Dot Game Heroes, Donkey Kong, EarthBound Beginnings, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, and Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+.

Ugh, you people! Advance Wars or Superstar Saga, go! xD
(can only get one for now)

Rob a bank and get both*

*I do not actually think you should rob a bank, just take 8 bucks from your mom, girlfriend, or wife lol jk

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I only played a bit. You have to choose cards (from a limited supply to attack), so your button-mashing ability is somewhat limited.
Also, as I recall, the "dungeons" are limited to going through series of randomly generated rooms.

Those manuals must add to the file size. Most GBA games were 4-16MB originally. (the largest was Mother 3 at 32MB)

The emulator is included in the size, too.

Advance Wars can wait. lol
Besides, maybe the second one will come out by then.

I would get M & L over Advance Wars, honestly. I like the turn based combat better than strategy games. I've beaten M & L about 3 times, total.

Advance wars on gamepad is awesome when you're catching up on TV entertainment but M&LSSS is best if you want to pay all your attention to a game.

The first GBA VC game I'm downloading for my Wii U is Golden Sun!

I own a Wii U and 3DS. I also own a PS4!

The only American GBA game that I knew about and really wanted to get back in the day but never actually played was Pinball of the Dead, which exactly what you think it is.

I wonder if Sega will release that. I mean it would require them to release games that aren't Sonic so...who knows?

Sonic Advance has been rated by the ESRB so it looks like it might see a release on the service very soon.

It's the closest thing to a chao garden we will get on the WiiU

Unless Chao Gardens come back in Sonic Boom... ok, it is a little unlikely

Or Sonic Adventure 1 or 2 could be released when GC games are able to be released on the Wii U VC service.

Could any of the GBA Pokemon games see a possible release?

That must be an old rating, surely. For one thing, ESRB very rarely re-issues age ratings for old games; for another, the Sonic Advance rating on the ESRB website lists THQ as the publisher, since they published it on Game Boy Advance. If it were a new rating, it would be attributed to SEGA, since it's their property and since THQ no longer exists.
