I wonder if this means we'll be able to play the GBA games multiplayer. They didn't exactly elaborate on all of the "new" features that were in store for the VC.

It does sound odd, but I'm interested to see how they're going to do it. I hadn't even thought that WarioWare Twisted could use the rumble on the GamePad, so that would be awesome if they could bring it to the service. Drill Dozer could use it too.
Yeah, it would be odd to play GBA on the big screen--I think. But on the Wii U GamePad it could be cool.
Though it's Konami so we'll probably never get it. But this is amazingly underrated.

I'd love to see the GBAmbassador games for the VC though, I think we've waited long enough and even if they charge an unusually high amount for those games then fine! I'll still go for it!

Don't worry, the 3DS would never in a million years be able to emulate the Gamecube, haha. It was more a joke towards the fact that they're putting GBA on the Wii U when we haven't even gotten any games, aside from the ambassador program, for the 3DS yet, which is a portable.
personally, I think they should've put GBA games on the 3DS instead of the Wii U, because the 3DS is a handheld, but whatever

GBA games, Wii U VC? Caught me off-guard. I hope for a Spyro game. Season of Flame or The Eternal Night especially. But they'd never bother since out of Skylanders Spyro isn't hot at all.
Superstar Saga is a must. I'm baffled by it not being an ambassador game in the first place!

I'm not saying you're wrong, but- this looked pretty okay. They'll probably figure out some way to make it work.
I am looking forward to GBA games on the Wii U VC. I really like the player attachment for the Game Cube, and still have it hooked up to my old Commodore 1702 via a handmade S-Video cable for progressive scan goodness. With the audio run through some external stereo speakers it is an amazing retro machine.
I'm not sure how great things will look when up-scaled to my LCD, but I'm sure the games will look great on the game pad.

After that whole miss, I doubt Nintendo is anxious to rip off the bandage. They just found a loophole: release them on the Wii U VC. Ambassadors stay happy, public gets GBA games, everyone wins. Sorta.

Actually as an ambassador I don't care if the public got 3DS GBA games, in facts I want it so I can play many of the games I missed and actually play it on the go
