But its not on the Wii U eshop or announced to be coming to the Wii U eshop, so why say this here? There are other threads that we talk about games we would like to see on the Wii U eshop.

You could get lucky and get a copy for $10 from Family Video like I did. It never hurts to ask, because that's how I got it for so cheap!

This has been happening for a couple years.

The two Tellius games there listed for more than the price of a current gen console bundle and I'm here with both that I barley paid more than £50 to acquire. They're two of my favourite games, let alone just Fire Emblems, but that price is bonkers. The special edition of Fates is 'only' going to cost £70 or so and it has well over 3x the content of either of those games. And it will be better. Still Nintendo could put Radiant Dawn on the eShop before Fate's release I mean why not? For £20 it'll sell I'm sure, despite not being a collector's item.

Agreed, same with games like Bomberman 64 - The Second Attack which you won't find under $130.
Nintendo could throw us a bone here and put all those outrageously expensive games on the VC/e-shop asap.

You can't have Radiant Dawn without Path of Radiance.
Someone please save us from having to pay $360.

Well you never know...once Fates has its global release nintendo may do that to trump up sales and prepare for the global release of #FE.

That's why I bought it a year or two ago when it was only around $70.

@JusticeColde: Agreed, the reason why Radiant Dawn won't be released on the eshop is because the game is meaningless without having played Path of Radiance first combined with the fact Nintendo refuses to release GC games on the eshop.

It needs to be a Tellius bundle/HD collection.
If I wanna go straight to RD again, I'll need PoR to played before hand for the whole nostalgia thing to work.

I would definitely play both Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, if they are made available.

Just picked up a complete copy the other day for $60CAD.
I still need to get Path of Radiance again (sold it when I needed cash during university and college), but I can't find it for under like $130CAD. I would love for both of those to be released on VC.
Even if they were $30-40 CAD, I am sure lots of people would download them. Better yet, a HD remake for both games on one disc (where you can play the original versions and the HD remake) for like $79.99CAD would still sell very well I think.

Looks great if it was actually a reasonable price for a video game.

Radiant Dawn is my least favorite FE game I've played, not counting the incredibly dated remake of the original that is Shadow Dragon. Besides that, PoR needs to come first (or along with it). It's a much better game.
