always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
While the GBA conversions of the first two aren't worth bothering with, I hope Nintendo rolls out the GBA conversion of Donkey Kong Country 3 eventually. Would be worth double dipping for that new soundtrack from the composer of the original two games, whom they enlisted when they encountered issues converting the original music to the GBA.
Nothing wrong with the original soundtrack, but this one sounds great, too. Pushes the GBA in the audio department further than any other game I ever played.

Don't forget that it also has a bonus world. The GBA version of DKC3 is actually my favorite version of that game.
Here's hoping NA gets DKC1 this week with Europe.

I actually just bought the DKC Advance Trilogy for my SNES GBA cartridge modification........,so I'll be playing them with the SNES controller on the big screen, I always hear people complaining about the GBA ports, but all of the extras have always intrigued me....,,,DKC 3, while agreeing that the level design is weak in spots, is probably my favorite title thematically.
