For those with first hand experience, hows it look on the big screen?
Does it hold up as well as some NES/SNES classics (Punch Out!, Super Mario Bros, Super Metroid, Earthbound) or is it something you're playing mostly on the Gamepad?
I'm playing it on the Gamepad, but not for any reason related to the TV. I already know this game as a handheld game that I played on a similarly shaped system and tbh I prefer the sound from the Gamepad compared to NES/SNES games I've tried (not sure if GBA just works better or if they changed something for emulation...)
I think it looked great on the TV especially for a Gameboy Advance game, so far I think it looks the best out of all the GBA games so far on the Wii U....except maybe the title screen. However, smoothing helps if you don't like pixels (which I love pixels).
Also I must say the multiplayer is fantastic, I had 4 friends over the other night and they went ballistic trying to take each other out, this game is fantastic. I'm an instant fan of the series.

There is no Link Multiplayer, there is a VS mode where you just pass the controller around to your friends. So as long as your playing locally you'll be fine. I also think you have to get through the tutorial first.

Thanks for the input guys, I decided to pick it up and yeah it doesn't look half bad on the my 42 inch TV. Looks really good on the Gamepad and I can see myself impulse playing this in the future. After finishing Fire Emblem on the 3DS I got a little itch for a strategy game on the Wii U. Love the theme music to the game.
