It looks awful. Slow gameplay along with a dull and drab palate and art style. Also its a straight up and down arena fighter so any story telling is going to be solely based on cut scenes and such, that gets a big meh from me.
I also fail to see the attraction in bloody violence, what's interesting or innovative in that?
I'm a huge fan of The Conduit, and i'm highly anticipating The Grinder, however, I don't really see myself getting too excited for this game, maybe it's a little too early but I doubt i'll get this game on Day 1 unless there's nothing else out or if I get it as a gift.

I didnt like what i saw.. graphically its amazing for the wii, but i'm not so happy with the mechanics of the game... if we actually ran around and it was more or less a very fleshed out version of the oblivion arena i'd have bought it in an instance.. but a gory punchout? no thanks
There was this game on PS2, I forget what it's called though. It was a gladiator like game, but you played as two different characters. As one you fought in the arena, as the other you went on sneaking missions. If this game was like the fighting portion of that game, I'd be pretty excited.

I thought on a graphical level it looked awesome but I am not to big into fighters. I would rather get the Grinder if I am going to get another High Voltage game.
this game is going to be a step backwards for these guys, especially if they hype this up excessively to the point where people are believing its going to be a reincarnated and better soul calibur.
