I'm debating whether or not to play this again, as I'm getting the feeling that as soon as I do, my understanding of it will be ripped into tiny bits. Again. For like, the 70th time. D:

@theblackdragon Sadly, not yet. I'm on the Spoilers
Kallian Telethia. But I stopped playing right before fighting it, as I was trying to process everything that happened after Egil in mechonis' head. Still trying to clean up the pieces of my mind. @_@

yeah, that part was definitely something to wrap your brain around! 's one of the things that made this game so great though :3

How close am I to the end? Because I've literally thought 5 times that the game was about to end. It's a convoluted, but brilliant game.

You're very close, actually, assuming you are where i think you are — after finishing that disciple fight, you'll move on to the last major area of the game, after which will be your final PoNR.

And was I the only one who was very surprised about spoilers Dickson? He hinted at it in the marsh, but I wasnt guessing it was something that gigantic!

i figured he knew something was up, but i didn't know it would go that far tbqh.

I felt like a turd for wanting to play as the awesome elderly hippy. I assume there are no more characters too?
1,190. Posted: Sun 9th Sep 2012 20:25 BST
@happy_mask: There are seven main playable characters.

I'm sad about how we really don't see much of riki once you get to the mechonis, but that's probably because he has very little character development. :/

I will no longer be able to complete this game, at least as of now. Life officially pointless.

I just found a little treat known as the image used for the save data for this game. Riki likes internet fads!

What? Idk what you mean. -.- I'm suffering from xenoblade withdrawal. O_e
1,195. Posted: Sun 23rd Sep 2012 01:11 BST
you know the wii menu things and you can check memory storage or whatever it's called? A block for each game and each block has a picture for it and the Xenoblade one is shockingly amusing.

Oh, now I know what you mean. saw it a bit before my wii broke.

I heard the Mechonis Core event was shocking. Honestly in terms of being surprised I found the Prison Island and Valak Mountain twists more unexpected but this was far more EPIC. It's a shame the internet has ruined that word because this part of the game is truly epic without any hyperbole.

@kkslider: i knoooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwww omg omg
(under normal circumstances i'd try to come up with something a bit less vapid to express how I felt about the Mechonis Core events, but seriously, 'omg omg' is the best i can come up with when i think about it. truly an amazing game to render me speechless like that D: )
1,199. Posted: Sun 23rd Sep 2012 11:40 BST
I can't even think about them at all, without my mind imploding on itself. D: Pretty much anything after prison island blows my mind.

The best part is that pretty much everything that happens has been foreshadowed in one way or another. I hate when a game, or any plot for that matter, relies on pulling things from thin air to surprise an audience.
