Nope since I'm an person who like to hoard his old games and systems. Also it's nice to have a backup just in case and like Pahvi, I also wouldn't be able to play my Wii DDR games without it.
If I only knew that Wii point value wouldn't convert to eshop credit and that you couldn't use the gamepad as a screen (this was at launch, before the big update), I would of never transfer my data on the Wii U. Also the Wii menu for my Wii U work 1/4 of the time with the rest being "data is corrupted" message.
A dying animal struggles, thrashes and howls in protest as its life torn from it. To see this in action, watch Animal Planet. The same thing happens when a video game is or isn't released. To see this in action, stay here.

I like to keep things consolidated, so I let mine go after I did the system transfer to the Wii U — I was surprised at how nicely the Wii U upscales Wii games, so I have no regrets. Kept my Wii controllers, of course, and threw the console in as a bonus when I sold my old TV.
Would've been a tough choice had the Wii U not been backwards compatible, though.
Nope. It is thinner than my GC so I use it instead (plus it is modded for the few Japanese games I can't find to import.)
