Topic: Wii RPG paradise.

Us Wii owners are in a treat for some upcoming Wii RPGs. Discuss the ones your looking forward to and the ones that look okay. So many are coming out in the next 6 months or so such as:

-Arc Rise Fantasia (XSeed)

-Fragile (XSeed)

-Valhalla Knights Eldar Saga (XSeed)

-Monado: Beginning of the New World

-Finial Fantasy Crystal Chronicles CB (Square Enix)

-Tales of Graces (Namco Bandai)

and possibly -Monster Hunter 3 tri (Capcom).

I'm only interested in Monado and FFCC: CB as of right now

Fragile sounds interesting to me since I read the article in Nintendo Power, but I'm also waiting for FF CC CB. But I'm open to any game that gets good reviews.

It seems XSeed is on a role with Wii RPGs.
They must be a little upset wit the lack of games in that category

Haven't heard of Valhalla Knights, but the rest are on my radar, specifically Arc Rise Fantasia and Tales of Graces.

In order: Don't care, Don't care, Valhalla Knights sucks. don't care, really don't care, f*** the Tales series, and Monster Hunters sucks.

Still waiting for some GOOD Wii RPGs to arrive...oh wait, we already have some: Super Paper Mario, Dokopon Kingdom, Dragon Quest Swords, Rune Factory, and Phantom Brave. Too bad nobody ever remembers them...

If there's one thing I absolutely cannot pass up, it's an RPG. And the DS is looking pretty solid too.

I didn't think the DS had any non-RPGs as it is.

I'm really excited about Fragile and Arc Rise Fantasia. I love what XSEED is bringing to the Wii!

How about Final Fanatsy? Does Final Fanatasy "suck"?
This topic is about what upcoming Wii RPGs are being released and what your anticipating. So really no one forgot those already released RPGs on Wii. Oh, and you forgot Tales of Symphonia... tsk tsk how could you forget that?

He mentioned the Tales series. I don't see how his opinion of the series could be expressed more strongly.

Phantom Brave isn't out yet, but I've got it preordered. I'm highly anticipating it, though I'm sure I won't be near done Disgaea 3 by then, unfortunately.

Is Dragon Quest Swords actually good? I read that it was pretty dull.

Final Fantasy does not suck. Unfortunately, Final Fantasy is not on the Wii...unless you're referring to all of those lame spin-offs.

As for misunderstanding the topic: My bad. I just wanted to give a little shout-out for all those under-rated RPGs. But yes, Phantom Brave: We Meet Again is on-topic, and I can't wait for that game!

As for Tales of Symphonia 2: Dawn of a New World...well, I think I made that one pretty clear.

If you like on-rails slashers then yes you will like it.
It got average reviews from what I've seen.

That pretty much described it, that's why I liked it.

Tales of Graces looks excellent. I really want to play a brand-new Tales game; since Symphonia I've played a port of the original Tales of Phantasia and the escort title Dawn of the New World, and those didn't exactly live up to Symphonia. A brand-spanking-new mothership title could really help the series out on Nintendo platforms, since Namco won't give us the DS games.
