We bought a Wii of Craigslist. We cannot access the internet or parental controlsbecause nobody knows the password. How can I get in to change/remove the password?
You can reset the system so its like brand new, if you go into the options on the last page, though it deletes everything.

You can contact Nintendo and get them to change your PIN number, although I'm not sure how to do so. Isn't there a "forgot your PIN" link in the parental controls options?
