I need few answers and advices. I plan to spend significant amount of money for my virtual console library.

1. Should I go and buy Wii Virtual Console games or should I wait for Wii U releases?
2. If I purchase Wii Virtual Console games, can I upgrade them to Wii U VC version anytime (for a price ofc)??

The first one is down to personal preference in my opinion. It just depends on whether to Wii U features are worth waiting for or if you're willing to spend a little extra to get them later.

As for your second question, yes, once a game is added to the Wii U VC, you can upgrade from the Wii VC version for a fee ($1 for NES, $1.50 for SNES). Note that your save data does not carry over to the Wii U version, but the Wii VC version will retain your data.

Buy the VC Wii versions, you can only update a some nes and snes games because the Wii U VC version lacks a lot games of a lot systems.

In Wii U you are not able of get Genesis, Neo Geo, VCA, Turbografx, Commodore, N64, Master System, Turbografx CD even Wiiware games. So go for the Wii VC for sure!

Yeah, this. On Wii U you can only access these games in Wii mode. There are a lot of great games that simply aren't on the Wii U eshop yet, and many of them will probably never be. Buying the Wii Virtual Console version is the best option for many of those games.

And if they eventually come to Wii U eshop, you can upgrade them for a small price if you have them in the Wii mode on Wii U, either bought there or transferred from a Wii.

Better download it in the Wii because there are a lot games you will wait years to see them in Wii U or even if they dissappear in Wii you can´t never get them even in Wii U. Like the DKC trilogy or Irem games.

Eh, it depends on what you want. If the games you want are available on the Wii U, there's no reason not to get them there. I'm personally waiting for all the VC games I want to release there because I like being able to remap the buttons on the controller. But if you want the game straightaway, you might as well get the Wii version and update it if you want the Wii U features.
