I have just bought a new black Mario Kart Wii pack about 1-2 weeks ago and it is working good. I think its the best thing I ever did.

Next time you hear anyone insulting the wii bring up the fact that the wii has sold over 99 million units worldwide. Xbox 360 has sold 76 million and PS3 has sold 70 million. Wii has sold over 20 million more units than both of those consoles

Annoyingly enough, last night I was watching the BBC news and it was talking about Sony's upcoming event this evening. What annoyed me was the reporter spouted off some completely nonsense stats. He said that Xbox was the most successful console this generation, then PS3 and Nintendo last. Now he may have been talking about a specific region, but as a reporter he should have clarified what he was saying because as it was, it was completely inaccurate.

Only now is Xbox about to beat, if it hasn't already, sales of Wii in the UK. I'm not sure where the PS3, but I'm also pretty sure the Wii was way out in front in most regions. He's also not explaining fully how the Xbox360 could attribute a portion of those sales to people having to re-buy due to RROD.

I wish journalists woud do what they are supposed to do, present accurate information while remaining unbiased. Even more annoying is the general public trust these clowns and don't even realise when they are wrong. Kind of reminds me of places like China, where they censor the truth and made nonsense up for their own gain.

Teenagers always like to brag about who has the bigger/better specs. Adults and children just want something/someone fulfilling and dependable that's not an eyesore.

I always thought they might be a little jealous over Nintendo's success. The Wii outsold XBox 36o & the PS3 the year they were all released. So many of the DS' were sold that it was averaged that one house had at least 2. (I know this is true because we had 2 here). And, according to Gamestop, they sold out of the Wii U's in 25 hours from the day we were able to reserve them.

I, personally, love Nintendo. I've loved them since the days I used to play their games in the arcades & still love them to this day. Will people ever stop babbling about them? I doubt it. Let them say whatever they want.

The main thing is, do YOU like Nintendo? Do YOU enjoy their consoles & games? Then that's all that matters.

I never owned a Wii until the very end. I got it not that long ago and have been having a blast with it. I see people complain about a lack of good games but I've played plenty.

Nintendo's failure to raise awareness of the wii u means people are unaware of it or think its an accessory, so are still continueing to make fun of wii, talk about beating a dead horse.
