no this game isnt really worth it, im gona wait for the price to go down bedore i even consider it
I think you might be waiting a while then. I can't imagine this game will be reduced for a loooooong time. Get it now you won't regret it. It has tons more stuff to do than the first game and if you have people to play it with then it 10x better.
I got mine friday ^^ (I'm from Spain) I was playing Island Flyover for hours last night: I really love the slow paced style of it and the search of "i". Overall, the game likes me much more than the first Wii Sports (I think it's very hard to go back again to it having Resort). Not all the games has the same deep of swordplay (fantastic Wii Motion Plus demostration!), archery, table tennis, golf... but you got a lot in one package. Must have!
I picked it up today. All the games are so much fun except for Bowling. IMO, Wii Sports is better bowling.
QUEEN OF SASS
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
One annotation: here in Sevilla the game is selling very fast, so I expect tomorrow some stores are out of stock. It remembers me what happen with Wii Play or Nunchuck in the first christmas. This way, my advice to you all is not wait too much to buy the game, and specially, don't wait for buy a second Wii Motion Plus if you are interesting in it. As I said, I buy Resort in friday, and yesterday afternoon I had to visit several stores to find an available Wii Motion Plus.
Bought it on friday and besides the aero events it's pretty boring by yourself. If you're two btw it's helluva'lot of fun, 4 is a crowd. Overall I am pretty disapointed with the wiimotion+ it's nothing special at all and still seems like the "less" pointless waggle-ma-giggy! It's a 7 out of 10 and it's probably more or less only fun, when you play with friends.
OK so I got the game on friday. I've been playing it any chance I've got all weekend and have to say I love it. It has tons more to do than the first game. This one actually feels like a proper game rather than a fleshed out tech demo which is basically what Wii Sports was. The stamps are keeping me really busy and I've already gotten pro class on a couple of the events. (Can't stop playing the Jet Ski and Plane ones). Anyway, to the people saying they don't think they would play it, I have Wii Sports and don't play it either. Never really played it much since the day I got it. This on the other hand will be in my wii for a while. Plus it'll be the first game I put on when friends come over. WiiMotionPlus works great and you really can tell the difference. 10/10 from me.

Ping pong is my fave.
Yeah, I was excited for Resort, until I played Grand Slam Tennis at a friends house. I realized WM+ isn't all it's cracked up to be. I always have my girlfriend to play with, so I am sure we would still have fun...but I think me and her are pre-occupied with Resident Evil 5, atm.
Got it and love it! Not really a single weak event. Its an increadible showcase for wiimotioplus whilst still being a great games collection in itself imho.
Table Tennis, Archery and Swordplay...wow. Pilotwing-esque airsports...wow. etc etc.
I just got WSR today. In my opinion, I believe Nintendo put together not only an excellent demonstration of WM+, but also an excellent game as well. My favorite sports are frisbee, basketball, swordplay, archery, and golf. I also like table tennis, bowling, air sports, and wakeboarding. My least favorite sports would have to be power cruising, canoeing, and cycling. Although, I enjoy those sports too! Overall, I am really enjoying Wii Sports Resort. The Wii Sports franchise is an excellent way of showcasing new technology! Great job Nintendo! **claps**
Loads of fun, and really shows what WM+ is capable of. In other titles like Tiger Woods and Grand Slam, I didn't notice any difference. That certainty isn't the case in WSR. it may be a tech demo but it's a damn good one. I just feel $50 is too steep. $35 (maybe 40) is more reasonable.
