Topic: Who is getting NSMBW?

I am getting it! But I'm sure that many people aren't because of numerous reasons, like -

• Price
• No online mode (especially considering price)
• Similar to NSMB DS (where did you hear that?)

So please say if you are getting it or not, and why.

I'm still thinking about it. The difficulty has gotten me interested somewhat, and hearing all the praise it's getting and how it's nothing like the DS version. But the thing is is that I would be the only one playing it since I'm pretty much the only one in my family that plays Nintendo games anymore.

I am going to get it with money I get at Christmas.

i wanna get it and i have the cash too but something is telling me not to get it for 3 reasons

1) its a remake
2) i dont have 4 ppl
3) same story

2) NP said it was great with one person

ohhh hell yea...I can't wait for this. As a huge fan of all of the 2D mario games, count me in for the first new one on a console in 18 years. I hear its very challenging too and co op sounds like a lot of fun. And you get a penguin suit. Penguins rule!

Mario World was the game i grew up on, and this seems to be based on that and smb3, so... yeah

I'm very annoyed that people are saying this is a remake of the DS game. New game with same-esque title =/= Same game ported. I know Nintendo ports a lot of stuff but at least they know better than to make a big deal out of it like they're giving NSMB. This is going to be a full awesome title. 2D Mario games are awesome and even if it is similar to the DS one, it's been 4 years since the DS one and 10+ years since a sidescrolling Mario before that. With great looking environments, new gimmicks, local co-op, and the promise of difficulty (still surprising), this is going to be the purchase of the year for Wii.

As soon as I can, and actually have access to my Wii, for sure.

I'm getting this, definitely. I love platformers and Mario is the king.

I'm hopefully gonna get it for Christmas, and if not, for my birthday, which is on February. The only drawback of getting this game is because I'd be the only one in my family playing it. But then again, I would just invite my friends over.(They live right next to me.)

Reasons I'm not going to be getting it for a long time:
1. Price
2. Price
and probably most importantly, I think I forgot to mention "price"

Pre-ordered and paid off. Can't wait...just a couple more weeks to go!
