Topic: Where to find a decent Classic Controller?

I've trying to play Ocarina of Time on my Wii U (Wii) and the "classic controller" I have is not that great. The joysticks are stiff and that makes Ocarina of Time a real challenge. I was wondering if anyone knew of any generic classic controllers that are decent or if there is a good spot to find real classic controllers. I have been looking on eBay and Amazon so far. No stores around me carry original classic controllers anymore.

Thanks

I should also ask do the real classic controllers work well or are they kinda sticky with controls?

Are N64 games the only ones you are interested in ?

One of those PDP Gamecube ones that are going to be for the Wii U Smash Bros (But work as a classic controller) should be a decent choice.

The official classic controller pro should be ok I wouldn't like to use the original one for N64.

Will the PDP gamecube controllers work for a Wii VC game? I have lots of gamecube controllers and plan on getting that adapter once it comes out. Do you think that would work?

The Classic Controller is essentially the same as the Classic Controller Pro, but with two grips underneath, and the shoulder buttons placed vertically, rather than horizontally.

I you have the original Nintendo Classic Controller, it should work fine. iirc the mechanism behind the buttons is the same as in the Wii Remote and Nunchuck

If you already have a decent Gamecube Controller you could try the Mayflash Adapter.

I don't know about that adapter - I think you mean Nintendo's USB one.

The PDP ones are actual controllers that plug into a Wiimote.

That seems like an excellent solution for me. Any good places to buy them? I am looking on eBay and Amazon, but I want several. So its turning pricey quickly.

I meant the Super Smash Bros Adpater for Gamecube Controllers.

These are what I meant.

When I have bought Mayflash stuff I have just bought it from Hong Kong and waited two weeks (For paying half the price - which was the other alternative - The packaging looks bad on all of them I thought it was fake but it wasn't).

I am not sure whether they will suitable for Smash Bros or not either (The subtleties might be different but a Gamecube Controller is never going to be an N64 one and it is better than using a classic controller for it so). I know they work fine for VC Zelda.

I like the gamecube controllers myself.
Did the mayflash adapter work well for you? I have looked at some reviews online and it looks promising. Cheapest I can find for them is ebay at around 15 or so each.
Amazon.com is a little more since I am in Canada. I can get them for 24.99 in Canada. That's the best prices I could find.
