I recently bought software from Nintendo eShop but I didn't get the option to fill in a survey for 50 Stars in my Club Nintendo account. Why not?

We are currently setting up the survey process for software that is downloaded from Nintendo eShop. Once we have completed this set-up process, you will be given the option to fill out the survey and collect your 50 Stars for all Nintendo eShop software you have already purchased.

Anyone have any idea when this will be?

I wrote a mail to Nintendo to ask exactly this question. And they answered something like this:

We regret to inform you that not all downloads participate in this bonus campaign. It can therefore happen that for a download you can not participate in the survey.

Or in other words:

Sorry, we don't understand your question and don't even know what you are talking about.

Thats the answer for the Wii U downloads. But until their website changed, I was able to get 50 stars for each downloaded game on my regular Wii.

I also got 50 stars for most of them. But for the last few downloads I got nothing because there's no button to take the survey anymore. From the email I understand that the people at Nintendo of Germany seem not to have noticed this.
