Me I bought Banana Blitz on day one, but after playing the GC versions I found the controls to be really off, and haven't been able to bring myself to really play the game, I keep meaning to give it another shot, I noticed that those that never played the GC versions seemed to enjoy the wii version, is there any wii game you simply couldn't get into.
Prince of Persia: Rival Swords- It was great for the first half and hour or so, then you're up against some kind of boss that's too huge to conveniently fight, and the controls are just too bad to fight it. This is where I gave up the game, and shelved it. I'll sell it soon.
Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Gamers- It should be called Waggle waggle Olympics. The only good event is Archery, whilst the Trampolining is okay. Pretty much everything else sucks, because all you do is wave your arms about until you end up whipping yourself with the Wiimote-Nunchuck cord. The DS game has much better reviews, but I'd imagine it would come close to breaking the touchscreen, based on this. I'm assuming the Winter Olympics will be much better, with Wii MotionPlus and the Balance Board.
Castlevania Judgment: Awful fighting game that only relies on blocking and using the character with highest priority due to poor balancing and clunky control...excellent soundtrack though Sonic Unleashed: Curse you werehog!! and corny storyline...However the daytime levels were fun Resident Evil 4: quality game that I couldn't get into for whatever reason House of the dead Overkill: Fun but they overdid it with the offensive content...and I love NO More Heroes and Madworld

Lego Batman. After the fun that was Lego Star Wars (i'd never played any of its prior incarnations, so I loved the complete Wii version), I and some IRL friends were pretty psyched to see they were coming out with a Batman game... but it just wasn't as much fun as the Star Wars one was. I didn't have the same urge to get 100%, and I don't even think I bothered finishing the entire game (I got bored in the middle of the villains' episode 2 or something and never picked it back up).
BEST THREAD EVER future of NL >:3
[16:43] James: I should learn these site rules more clearly
[16:44] LztheBlehBird: James doesn't know the rules? For shame!!!
Baroque, yeah, I gave it to a friend (his bro actually like it for a while) but my main mention is Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.

NES, I couldn't get into it when my friend let me play it but then when I got it, I played through it in a week.

Ookami; it really left me cold. Visually brilliant, but the idea of a 3rd person adventure game really didn't motivate me and when I found out progressing to the "real" ending involved re-fighting bosses, that pretty much sealed the deal and I traded it in.
Fire Emblem on the other hand I've found exciting and thoroughly enjoyable (ditto for Blastworks!).
Glad I'm not the only one who felt that way about Okami. I didn't get too far into it, but I was at some collection quest, wandering around aimlessly for something or other, and it just wasn't particularly interesting. Twilight Princess was better, and it wasn't exactly the best game ever either (though I enjoyed it enough to finish it once).
And yes, Fire Emblem rules... except when you get over halfway through the game and suddenly you're switched back to an earlier party that has two characters left in it and you can't possibly progress.
I don't think something like that has ever happened to me in such a long game before. I need to rent it again someday.
We Love Golf!. On paper, it sounded good but the controls were a bit odd and i couldn't be bothered after awhile. It's a godd game for those who can put up with having to swing your arm ALL the way back and then further to take a shot outside putting.

Smash Brothers Brawl.
Just as easy to win button mashing as bothering to learn how to actually play it, that and the game's rather arbitrary nature of deciding who wins.
This isn't a Wii game but i felt the similarly about Soulcalibur IV. Couldn't be bothered to learn how to actually play it. I loved Brawl though.
To the comment before... I've played hundreds of games of Brawl and even more of Melee. Some of my friends have played many, many times with me and have only won maybe 10 times. And that's not to brag, because there are more than a couple guys I have played a lot, too, and never beaten. The point is just that it is a game of skill with some luck involved (though you can turn items off, so that's not much of a valid complaint either).
I'm not surprised some don't like it, and that's fine, but button mashing is not going to be good enough against someone who knows what he's doing.
Another game i couldn't get into was Eledees. It's a good game but it didn't leave me wanting to continue playing. Maybe the DS one will be better (For Me)
I still haven't taken the time to beat that game. The levels are just too similar to one another. There are a few exceptions, but overall I found it a little bland. Which is a shame, because I love 2D platformers.
