I like to see these franchise appear on the Wii: 1. Star Fox 2. Kirby 3. Earthbound (Has no one suggested this already?) 4. Banjo-Kazooie (Know it's not going to happen anytime soon.) 5. Diddy Kong Racing (A real sequel) 6. A proper platforming Donkey Kong game 7. An Wii exclusive main Sonic the Hedgehog game 8. Another Super Smash Bros. (Then again, I can wait for the next generation.) 9. Ninja Gaiden 10. F-zero 11. Metal Gear Solid (Snake appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, why not a Wii exclusive game for the Metal Gear Solid franchise?) 12. Yoshi to star on his own game 13. Civilization 14. Street Fighter for the Wii (Not Street Fighter IV, but another Street Fighter game for the Wii.) 15. Earthworm Jim 16. Another Mortal Kombat game 17. Burnout And more that I can think of.
I second Smash Bros. Fan on Earthbound. And I would like to see a Mario Hoops Wii. (Move with the nunchuck, move the Wiimote like you are dribbling a ball, etc.)
It'd need to keep the editor and the online racing and community intact, but it they pulled it off, it would be a killer! Having put it on DS I hope they are already on it. Please!!!
I would LOVE to see Rocket Knight Adventures on the VC, and possibly as a 2.5D platformer (maybe on WiiWare). I'm not so sure the rocket pack would work very well in 3D...
Oooh, oooh, I thought of another one: Monster Rancher. I really enjoyed those games on the Playstation; mainly the random monster generation using music CD track numbers as a seed. The Wii could read other Wii games, Gamecube games (and I'm guessing DVDs and CDs -- even if it cannot play them with included software) for monster generation and given the larger disc capacity I expect we could see a lot more monsters. This random monster generator aspect has always caused me to prefer this to Pokemon.
An arcade shooter Star Fox (With Classic controls) A new Kid Icarus A true Legend of Zelda A few Tales of games. Some Metal Gear Solid (A new, or even remakes) A new Ikarugua. A new Ogre Battles. Valkyria Chronicles. Hardcore remake of Brawl with Melee controls and alternative movesets for the clone lovers out there (Not gonna happen)
Wow, I can see the Jet Set Radio: Frequency Wii exclusive now...
And I think we can all come to terms with a robust, dymanic online and offline experience of the franchises known as F-Zero & Star Fox, with full-on agreement.
On another note: Is worth while to just port some titles first? If not then I'd love to see a franchise step-in (with proper approval, and respect) that just doesn't limit themselves to the restrictions of what is called a (video) game.
This franchise will be mentioned as well: Professor Layton.
