Mine are -Super Smash Bros Brawl (about 150 hours and played about 70 times) -Mario Kart Wii (about 117 hours and played about 100 times)

-Mario Kart Wii:I played Mario Kart Wii for about 3 hours per day for 1 month. Now I prefer Mario Kart 7 cuz is in 3D and multiplayer mode works better.
Somewhere in the neighborhood of 400 hours. All on one save file, too.
SSBB is probably the runner up though.
As for the games I've replayed the most, I'd say Twilight Princess (mostly in anticipation for SS). Hmm, the runner up would probably be Wii Sports Resort.

I have no idea about length of time but Resident Evil 4 got the most play throughs, Twilight Princess was about 75 hours first playthough, this was also my first zelda game, mario kart wii and and excite bots got a lot too, and recently have been playing a lot of wii sports resorts again, haven't started skyward sword yet and the original zelda definately is the leader in most times killed.

Twilight Princess, Fire Emblem, Animal Crossing, and Guitar Hero (probably mostly III). I think Skyward Sword will be my most played after a while, here. Unlike some people, I sleep. lol
