Thanks for the link Adam. I don't think I'll be getting this game for any system, looks nice though. I'm guessing it will get a 6-8 out of 10?

Btw I was expecting there to be quite a few motion-specific movements for the game but now that's it's not exclusive, I lose even more interest in the game.

Hey hey, I use PK Thunder sometimes, too, and the needle attack (up smash, for anyone not familiar with Mother 3). I've even been known to toss in a little PK Freeze in four-way brawls.

Also from the videos I've seen this game has too much influence from brawl. Why didn't we just include the TMNT's in the game?

How can a game be too much like Brawl? Also, the developers say that the combat will be more weapon-oriented and not as much like Brawl as it seems. I'm not sure, but isn't this game going to be stamina-based like normal fighting games, too?
Lucas never learns PK Teleport, but I wish Ness had it. His recovery sucks. Lucas's can be controlled better. I have even learned to aim it very accurately when off screen, and being able to pass the Thunder through enemies is so much better. Also, I'll never understand why PK Freeze prevents you from jumping after. I have self-ko'ed myself clumsily too many times like that, just not thinking.

Ness is more effective though. and ness pk thunder makes him into a more powerful missile that is hard to tech. Ness's shield protects from all angle's. I wish all the move's were in there though. (psi moves)
But if I do get SMash-up I think I would play as Mikey the whole time, he'll be like the fox of the game lol.

Lucas's shield protects both sides, too. He automatically changes directions if someone shoots at you from the other direction. It's a bit weird, but I think it was necessary to make his PK Magnet / Shield (whatever the game calls it) attack work, too, which has some good knockback.
