For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday. [url=http://www.backloggery.com/jumpmad]Unive...
Some people like threads for speculation, you know, JumpMad.
But I refuse to speculate in an unofficial thread. I'm waiting for the official one. It'll be so much more officialer.
Though I will say I agree with Gabe. As uninteresting as the concept art is, and as disturbingly Twilight Princess-esque as it is, I do generally appreciate traditionally crafted concept art.
I speculate Link will be gender-swaped in this game to appeal to the female demographic.
Do you think he'll wear pants in his new male body or still go for the skirt?

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
I hope this game isn't too different that other Zeldas. Cause the other Zeldas (Save for Zelda II) rock. Hard.
1. Zelda II is a fantastic game as long as you don't think of it as a traditional Zelda game.
2. They do need to make some serious changes to the "dungeon-field-dungeon" formula, and they need to return to the exploration elements of the first game.
I always thought it would be cool if the sidekick (navi, midna, etc) was an owl.
I also think guardian trees (deku tree) should be more common. Or if you got an item that let you talk to trees....? As well as another game with the rod of seasons. In 3D, it would look awesome. I guess that's really far fetched.
Wasn't this thread made already? Whatever.. Let's all hope it has at least 10 dungeons, lots of items, a huge overworld, and plenty of puzzles and combat.
Less linearity and intellectually challenging exploration. Making dungeons a bit more difficult to find and enabling the player to go through some of them out of order would be nice though (not to the extent of the first game though, where it was just bomb every wall and burn every tree, given the size of the 3D games nowadays that would be frustrating and near impossible to complete).
Less handholding. I realize that although TP was on the Wii, for people who didn't pick one up at launch, this could be their first introduction to Zelda. I don't mind an easy first dungeon that helps people get used to the moves or even a fair amount of hints about where to go next in the beginning. If they did an Ocarina like structure of 3 dungeons then event then 7 dungeons, the first part could be very directed, and then the second part would let you go on your own.
I would like to play as Zelda, either together with Link or for a part of the game.
Tougher bosses than TP.
More character development for NPCs and more interesting sidequests ala MM.
Motion Plus awesomesauce (I know we're getting this one at least. Sweet!)
I am way too lazy to think of something clever. My Backloggery
It would be cool if you can use 2 or 3 other swords other than your default one and maybe put in the rupee armor from TP or the magic armor from Windwaker (especially that one)
I'd like online play. Which I know sounds pretty stupid but there could be a Monster Hunter style structure where you find 4 people then do the quest with them. Or at least a local multiplayer feature.
