SPOILERS So that Magolor really was an enemy all along! I had a feeling that would end up happening and he would pull a Marx, but I took him out. The final boss music was neat. Now I wonder what's so different about Extra Mode? END OF SPOILERS

Extra Mode cuts your health down to 40%, makes most enemies larger, gives bosses new attacks and different color schemes, the challenges are slightly dfferent, as well as having a different final boss. Also, as an aesthetic change, the stars you collect are now golden outlines (which I thought was neat.)

Why do astronauts backtrack? They forgot the Space Jump Boots.
That's a hard one. I would say yes, although the level design isn't quite as universally great, the different animations and abilities for the other characters plus the fact that everyone can play as Kirby is great.
The only problem with it is that the Super Abilities tend to make everyone else annoyed with you cause they freeze everyone in place whenever you use them if you're Kirby.
EDIT: Kirby multiplayer is definitely more replayable.
