In japan similar things happen when an pop star has a boy friend or admits she is not a virgin so it is some what business as usual over there. Also I think there are laws about reselling game there, but maybe that is just China.
and what did he win with that?! if he hates the game just dont buy it then and say it sucks becaus this way the makers still got there money for theire product hes just wants some attention in my oppinion

Don;t forget they also sold well. Which is what we want if we want to see it get localized, Me thinks.
The above link has new video of the game. Goodness I didn't believe Wii could handle visuals like this. And the best part is that the game looks pretty fun to play (even though he didn't show a lot of fighting).
