I'm at the champion, and it is crazy hard. She makes the ball curve all over the place and sometimes my mii is on the whole other side of the table and I can't move over. When I try to do that, SHE can move over, and then I usually get "Out." Can anybody give me some tips on how to beat this idiot so I can get my last stamp?

That's my game! With this opponent, my tip is to slow down the game. When she sends fast balls with curve, resend slow balls with curves so your Mii will have time to come back to the center of the table.

So all you gotta do is hit lightly and he comes back to the center? I shall try that. Thanks!

No. Hit the ball while turning your wrist upwards.

That'll give backspin and make the ball go really slow and curve.

It's not even that hard, just give topspin when on the offensive and backspin when on the defensive.

You'll beat the champ in no time.

Aight. I've done a curve ball before...I just didn't really know exactly what I did. Thanks.

What's ironic is that I have more skill points than the champion. Weird, huh?

The table tennis is great. How many matches do you have to play before getting to the champion? I think I've played about ten so far.

Never has it been more evident that the computer does indeed cheat. I hate Lucia. She can run from one side of the table to another and return a smashed ball as if it were nothing, and yet no matter how softly I send my backspins to her, my guy takes his sweet old time coming back to the center.

Come on, friends,
To the bear arcades again.

Use lots of topspin for fast returns and when you've dragged them far enough from the table send a curved ball the opposite way.You can't fail using this technique once you get the hang of it.

What's this bit for again?

It definitely cheats.

The Champion opponent also can hit the ball much faster (not talking about the power smashes). My hits all go slow when I play the Champion. Yet against other opponents I hit faster. Whatsup wid dat?!?

Yup, took me dozens of matches to beat Lucia! Slowing the game down does help, 'cause she's a speed demon with all the shots.

I don't think I got more than 2 points off her the first 20 matches, lol.

I am still frustrated that my Mii wont move faster to get back to the table after chasing an angle shot.
