Topic: Stupid People

So, I was reading IGN (of all places, I know) and I read a comment on an article about motion controllers saying that now the Wii would need more than just little kid games and crappy shooters to compete with Microsoft and Sony. That really got me pissed because first off I bet that poster never played a shooter on the Wii. Second, its not all kiddy games on the Wii. There's plenty of quality T to M games on the Wii.
Sorry guys, just needed to vent, and you guys, I hope, will understand me the best.

Sure there are some good games on the Wii. But I see just as many Nintendo fanboys bashing games on 360 and the PS3 that they have not played. Why even take it personal ? It is not like it is a personal attack on you. Don't take it to heart.

Yeah, I know and I'm not taking it personal. Ignorant people just piss me off sometimes.

Who cares? If every single opinion you disagree with gets you pissed off, you're headed for a very stressful (and short) life, buddy.

Chill. If it helps, Nintendo's not even competing with Sony or Microsoft. The target demographics are entirely different. It's like saying a chocolate bar is competing with a beer brand.

#1. Yeah, don't listen to that guy. While we do have some bad shooters and waggle-fests, the Wii was selling like hotcakes. Sales wise, Nintendo has already beaten the living $&%@ out of Microsoft and Sony. However, if he meant games, you can't blame anybody else but the (good) third parties since they aren't supporting the Wii at all.

#2. Have you actually been in a supermarket that has a games area? It's very true that the Wii has kiddy games being released for it every week.

#3. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON IGN?!?! It's full of the "hardcore" gamers that only play Halo and buy Madden (notice that I didn't say "play Madden").

Another IGN hate thread? Seriously, people on this forum really have a problem. You bash the site all the time, yet you go back just to find something to b**ch about. I'm so sick of it. If you hate it so much, stay away, it is common sense.

Out of curiosity, why is this on wii? Technically shouldn't it be in general discussion?
Anyways, advice: If you are a wii fanboy, never go on IGN.
