Hi. My nephew has Skylanders Giants, but is unable to unlock the gate at Junkyard Isles. The on-screen guide says you should navigate the key to the lock and then use the controller in a stabbing motion to unlock it. We've both tried this and it refuses to insert the key. What are we doing wrong?
