I have to agree with Terra, that Mario isn`t really suited for that sport. Hes better off with golf, soccer, and the several other sports, he participates in.

Maybe it would be funny if all big/evil guys of Nintendo History (also the not-so-known ones) were playable in the game - and instead of a "Mario Football" it would be a Bowser or Wario Football

I wouldn't buy a Mario Football game. The only Mario sports games I like are Camelot's Tennis titles. Especially on handhelds.

Now, if Nintendo got Midway to develop it, it could be good. Blitz was a fantastic game if if they made Mario Football in the same fashion, it could be good.
I'd like to see a mario dating sim.He could woo the princess with a nice meal ,flowers,chocolates what have you, then take her back to her castle and then you could you use the wii-mote to ................err forget it...
My little brother is always talking about Mario Football and how awesome it would be. I have to agree, pummeling through Birdos with Bowser would be rad.

Wearing a helmet to protect yourself from brain trauma and damage to the face, teeth and neck? And what about those pads to protect damage to the joints, ribs and organs. What pussies. I'm guessing playing contact sports isn't your thing.
