I am posting here to let everyone know that I am having A LOT of problems finding a copy of Samurai Shodown Anthology (PAL) What really shocks me, is these days, every videogame release get a lot of press. Even, oldies compilations like this one, but when you go shopping to your usual videogames stores, there's no copies at all. Sometimes they do not even receive a single unit of the game (noticed this happens on the big stores such as FNAC for example, some of you may know)
Ebay has very few copies from people I don't even trust them for a minute and amazon.uk HAS NO COPIES AT ALL. All they got is PS2, PSP... So, what's the point? They bring 5 copies to Europe only? How come a newly released game (March 09) is this hard to find?
Ender - it's my understanding that the distribution problems lies with the UK arm only, and that there should be plenty of cheap copies on the continent (particularly Germany) that will work in your Wii console and also play in full English.
Thanks for the feedback. I don't normally check the German site, guess I will start paying attention from now on. Will get a Hori Arcade Stick as well ^^; Feudal Japan needs to be slashed properly, hehe.
Yeah Prosody is correct, though I would have thought that sorted. I suspect it relates to the collapse of the online distribution channel that used to be part of Woolworths, but I have no real information on what the story is. King of Fighters: The Orochi Saga and SNK Arcade Classics Vol. 1 are also caught up in this apparently.
@Sean Aaron, hey Sean - a few copies of SNK Arcade Classics Vol. 1I've seen (I bought the first of course!), the other two are total no-shows to my knowledge. It's a real shame as, though I could buy them online, I hate to see such good games not make the store shelves, when they're are practically heaving with some totally rubbish games for the Wii.
