I don't like Jimmy Fallon's show. He seems like a nice guy, but he isn't funny, and he laughs at his own unfunny jokes. I'll just watch the section where he is playing DKCR tomorrow on Kotaku.

Same here RandomWiiPlayer. I'm not really a fan of Fallon, but him being in the old Conan slot gives him a lot of freedom to do some weird and cool stuff on the show (Mark Paul Gosslear doing an entire interview in-character as Zack Morris was GOLD) since nobody at NBC actually stays up that late. =)

One of the few episodes I watched had that interview, and I agree, it was awesome.

He didn't say "Yea, the one where you collect hearts," he just said "Got to collect all the hearts." If it sounds like nitpicking, the difference is he isn't acting like that's the defining feature of the game, he's just recalling what to do. And Reggie is the one who said it was his favorite, either as a joke or (more likely) intended for the audience, not Jimmy.
But regardless... It's TV. It's scripted. You can't expect him to be naturally interested in every single guest the company producing the show solicits. That's totally unfair. It's not exactly his to control. He is just a mouthpiece.
Fallon comes off like a semi-wannabe gamer, and he's just so none specific and bare bones with his answers. His favorite game is Zelda? Ya which one!?lol He loved the 'co-op' feature in Golden OO7? Since when was there co-op!? He can't even get the word multiplayer right...And when Reggie mentioned and revealed the 3DS sequal to one of Fallens favorite(my ..) franchises 'Kid Icarus' Fallen than says "ya, the one where you collect hearts". Wow Fallon, you're so deep. I bet you've never passed the 3rd stage or played it's sequal. He builds himself up to be some sort of hardcore radical 'Played it all-type' gamer, but the best way to describe him is a 'Super uninformed casual gamer'
Even worse is that he clearly didn't watch E3.....Oh well, at least it was hilarious when his character Diddy got squished by the pillar.lol And seriously, Reggie seemed too good to be on his show, Reggie's the man.lol Yet I was suprised that he didn't tower over Fallon
face it, dude. all celebrities that say that they play games (AKA soulja boy, zac effron) are not real gamers. they just coat themselves in lies to appeal to all the teenage boys and girls that DO play games. plus, i dont think celebrities have time to sit down and play through a 10 hour or more game when they have to making movies and such. bottom line, celebrities and games do not mix.
Well, as I said, not really interested in the site or Fallon, but thanks anyway. I didn't care for Matt or Bozon. Didn't even know this Bozon person left.
I'm very disappointed about the Donkey Kong Country Returns gameplay footage. The graphics don't look impressive at all in this version. I really hope they can make a worthy sequel to the SNES-masterpieces. Optional Classic Controller support would be great for playing a 2D platformer, too.
