I've never done the pre-order thing, but I intend to do so with this game. Does anyone have any experience with Best Buy in this regard? If the game is released on Sunday the 26th, will it actually be there that day? Or should I drive the extra 20 minutes to GameStop?
Well I have done many pre-ordering in my time but I don't think I will be doing that for this one as I think they were be enough come 26th. But as for you question, my experience has been that when a game is suppose to be out on that particular day I was able to pick it up on that day (so for Wii Sports Resort you will be able to pick it up on the 26th). With Gamestop and Toy R Us they call you and remind you of the game couple of days ahead, and I am sure Best Buy is the same.
I would imagine they'd be as reliable as gamestop. I've preordered mine at target. $1 to preorder, but you get a $5 target gift card when you pick up the game. Pretty sweet!

Best Buy is probably a little safer because every gamer will flock to Gamestop to preorder/buy, right? But yeah, preordering from Target sounds a lot better if you can get there. I'll probably do that since it is a good way to get a free $5 gift card.
