If you mean Virtua Tennis 2009, yes, it does support the M+, and it would probably make the controls more accurate if you were using one while playing.

I've had a chance to play VT 2009 with and without the Motion plus attachment and it really does effect the gameplay. Without M+ your force to time your swings by using a bar that appears on the screen to aim your shots. With M+ it very much matters about the angle and how hard you swing the Remote to get your shots to land where you want them to. I recommend that you get the M+ attachment to fully enjoy VT 2009 because without it the game accuracy isn't much better then Wii Sports.
