Topic: "new!" simcity creator

I was browsing through some wii games at a store a while ago, and I noticed that simcity creator (which apparently had a price drop) had a big "New!" above the logo in the cover art. I know that sometimes developers make tweaks here and there with greatest hits and price-reduced games. Does anyone know if this version is improved in any way? (Controls... fingers crossed)

I suspect it's just a new effort at selling the game to people who may have overlooked it myself.
