Nintendo really needs to make a social channel that would include Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc. I think that would be really cool, I know they call be accessed via the Internet Channel (like news and weather), but if they are presented in a neat way news and forecast is then it would make the system more social. What do you guys think?

I have a unique idea or at least I think it is unique. Have Nintendo Power Channel where they can do Video Previews and Reviews. The only problem I could see with this is it might effect magazine sales. But I think it would be cool.

How about this? Just run another system update to the Nintendo Channel where we can play Wii demos? That way the Shop Channel would b more lively

I submit to the chamber my idea for a Nintendo Pizza Channel. That's right, you go to the pizza channel, order a pizza, and it pops out of the slot. If the DS can print money, the least my Wii can do is make pizza...

What if Nintendo partnered with Pizza Hut and made a delivery channel? Now that'd rock.

@theartistformerlyknownaspixelninja and ryanknight: Yes indeed, a delivery channel would be my second idea if the instantaneous pizza transmission idea falls through. I think it'd be cool to order a pizza from the Wii so you can have delicious food while slaying baddies.

Also, the pizza would come in a circular cardboard thingy that has kirby's face on it so Kirby helps keep ur pizza fresh and powerful.

They should make a Club Nintendo Channel. Register your games and order rewards from the Wii.

I'd like to see a dedicated video streaming channel
youtube and local streaming services like BBC iPlayer and ABC iView etc

Twitter is just Facebook without bloat... a twitter app would be pretty cool
I don't know how useful it would be outside of maybe being able to "follow" your console
but the more I think about that idea the more it sounds identical to XBox live Gamercards
and by that point it starts to become more than just a channel
