All of the Clash of Ninja games take a few months to come out in Europe (not sure why, I'd like to say anime pacing but as far as I can tell a poorly censored version being shown at the same time as Eastenders or Coronation Street kind of killed the franchise in the UK).
Based on the past you should be looking at February - April 2010.
