It happened just now with hotdo(G) and have happened several times with madworld. Do I need some sort of disc-cleaning or what? Should my wii stop smoking cuban cigars? And by the way my wii is not "enhanced" in any way. Hate pirates.

MAYBE it wont happen if you delete some games or saves, if your Wii don't have much space left.
I'm not an expert in this, but that MIGHT help.

MadWorld tends to crash a lot.

As for house of dead. Games sometimes crash for no real reason. It'll probably stay as a one-off.

As for what you can do. Make sure you've not ocvered up any of the ventalation ports on the Wii as it could be a heat related problem (games tend to freeze more if the system in overheating) but apart from that, nothing.

As for the advice Mama Luigi gave. It makes no difference if you have 1 block or 1000 blocks free. All the flash memory is used for is reading save and writing save.

I'd get it checked out if it keeps doing it. I have Mad World and it hasn't crashed once. Infact my Wii has never crashed on any Wii game, VC game or GameCube game and I've had it about a year and a half now. Sounds like there's something up with it to me.
