@TammyH Do you own a Wii that can play GameCube games? In case you're not sure, the top needs to look like this:
Untitled
You should see those inputs, if you have a lid that you can lift, like on the picture.
Those types of Wii only come in white or in black.

Either way, buying this game is the only official way to get the arcade version of Ms. Pac-Man on your Wii:

But there are also other ways, which we can discuss if I know more, but I'll first wait for your answer, to find out in which way I can help you.

You can also get mini arcade machines (and plug and play consoles) with Ms Pac-Man on them.

@TammyH Just be careful we can't include links on how or where to go for these other ways but Google can help you alot on modding Wiis.

If you happen to have a PS4 or Xbox one, those have an excellent version of Ms Pac-Man you can get for cheap or their digital stores.

@TammyH So, you DO have a GameCube compatible Wii with those controller ports? Well, then all you'll have to do is get that game I linked to. You could also check the websites of GameStop or any other game store you know, to see if you can get it any cheaper than that, but it's a fair price, in my opinion.

All you'll then need is a GameCube controller (or two) and a GameCube memory card, to save your game progress. Here's some options for controllers:

Or wired ones, if you prefer that:

GameCube memory card:
https://www.amazon.com/Gamecube-Memory-Blocks-Nintendo-Consol...
Or, if you'd rather have an original, Nintendo-branded one:
https://www.amazon.com/Gamecube-Memory-Card-251/dp/B00012D0SG...

@Tasuki Actually, we can. It's okay, as long as we don't post links to downloads, but talking about modding old consoles is allowed, as long as you don't discuss modding/hacking current gen consoles, there isn't any issue:

From the community rules, section "Unacceptable Content":

Do not discuss current gen emulators/homebrew; It is permitted to constructively discuss the use of flash carts, emulators and homebrew software when in the context of previous generation(s) hardware. We ask that you do not link to any resources for illegal copyrighted content such as where to download ROMs and we reserve the right to lock, edit or delete any threads or comments we feel stray too far into an illegal or legal grey area.

@TammyH You're very welcome. Glad I could be of help.
Hope you'll enjoy all the classic games on that disc. Stay safe!

On a side note: once you've got the controllers and the memory card, that opens up a whole new catalog of wonderful titles, because the GameCube had many brilliant titles, so you might want to save this page in your favorites, for future reference:
https://www.lukiegames.com/nintendo-gamecube-games.html#/
(you can use the selector at the top of the list to sort by title or by ascending price)

In closing, I want to leave you with a handy tip: seeing as you'll now permanently have these upper slots in use (unless you're willing to remove the controller receivers and memory card every time you turn off the console), you can also use some easily removable tape, such as Scotch tape, to seal off the remaining, unused slots, to minimize dust gathering inside.

For example: I've personally only got one GameCube controller attached to my Wii, so I've taped off the other three inputs. And I have two memory cards, so I didn't have to tape off any of them, but in your case, taping off the unused slot might be handy.

Oh, and I'd put the memory card in the slot that is the farthest removed from the lid, so that's the one on the far right, on the photo of that Wii, that I posted above. If you look closely on your own Wii, it should say "slot A", so it is the primary memory card slot. The one nearest to the lid is slot B, for any additional memory card that you may need in the future. Although the one I pointed out to you, will last quite a long time, especially if you don't plan on adding a lot more games...

P.S.

If you want to know more about GameCube games, or want some recommendations based upon your own taste, feel free to send me another reply in here.

@Tasuki But that was just my point: I've helped plenty of people on here to softmod their Wii and also their Mini consoles, and that was all allowed, because I never added any info about where to get games.

So, not telling them where to go, only applies to games, but I can most definitely direct you to a softmod guide.

@TammyH No, it won't. Once you put a GameCube disc in the Wii and start up that game, the Wii soft-resets itself into GameCube mode, so it behaves like an ACTUAL GameCube and will not recognize the Wii memory or controllers.

@ThanosReXXX I am not sure on providing links to softmoding though, to me that falls in the same boat cause it allows the use of those forbidden things. But I guess that's for the Mods to decided.

I might be a bit more against it cause of course it still is theft. And yes a person can argue oh but it's for preservation and we'll the servers are shutdown but it's still theft. But anyway I am going off the subject now so I best end this discussion here.

@Tasuki But it is in the rules, as I quoted in comment #9, and soft-modding your console to run homebrew and/or apps isn't theft, long as you don't play any pirated games on it.

But either way: in this case, it wasn't even necessary, seeing as the Wii was already capable of running GameCube titles natively, so a softmod discussion is indeed irrelevant.
