ok here is the deal. A few years back i played Monster Hunter Tri. And i only played it single player. so i havent playd it online. After i got bored with single player i sold it. Now i have wifi and im thinking about getting the updatet version for 3ds. And my question is- how much more epic is the game online? I really wanna know

The multiplayer is sort of THE reason people buy it.

You missed out a lot by not even touching online.

And can you go a little faster?!

Just so you know, the village quests in MHT are the most boringest offline quests of any MH game ever. Save maybe the first MH.

I hardly even touched offline except for farming until I got over high rank. Online is where it's at.

Playing Monster Hunter Tri online was easily the most fun I had playing Wii.

I see what you mean now, that's cool. As long as you get MHTU when it releases, I will forgive you.

This game will have much more content than the mehfest that was MHT, and I played MHT for over 600 hours

i tought ofline was a blast until there was nothing more to explore. Are you gonna update? Do you think its worth it? Very tempted to get wii verion right now. Honestly holding it in my hand at a local gamestop. Som much time to spare... So little to do

If i have gotten a wii u then im gonna get the wii u version. If not then i will buy the 3ds version and transfer the savefile to Wii U when the time comes

Oh just so you know, every single bit of the content in Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate is available in single player mode. Unlike the main series games, where over half the content (what little there is of it) is restricted to online, the handheld games allow you to do everything by yourself. You will not ever get to a point where you have explored everything, and most likely you will never finish all of the quests

im gonna play with a friend local or online. He is gonna buy when i do. Its up to me what version i buy. We both have huge tome to waste right now. So what should i do? When you play online can you restrict your group to only friends?
